Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Gagandeep Singh Wassu, Addl. A.G. Haryana, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 26.03.2018 passed by writ court. Operative part thereof reads as under:- "In response, learned counsel for the respondents submits that claim/grievance of the petitioner as also his legal notice, dated 16.1.2018 (Annexure P-5), shall be considered and decided within a period of four weeks from today. An appropriate orders, in accordance with law, shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner."

Learned State counsel submits that in case decision has not been taken till now, needful shall be done at the earliest, in any case not later than one month.

In view of statement made by learned State counsel, petition is disposed of.
