This is a petition seeking initiation of contempt proceedings for alleged violation of order dated 10.09.2014 passed in RSA No. 713 of 1991. A perusal of the judgment shows that appeal was preferred by State of Punjab. Same was dismissed by this court vide order dated September 10, 2014. According to counsel, decree, thus, stands in favour of the petitioner. It is inexplicable why jurisdiction of this court has been invoked as decree would be executable in nature. Dismissed.
