**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that the order passed by the writ court has been complied with. He has referred to Para 3 of the affidavit filed by Dr. R.S. Kharab, Director Elementary Education, Haryana, in support of his contentions.

In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is hereby dismissed.

Petitioners, however, shall be at liberty to make a representation to the competent authority, in case, they have still any grouse regarding decision taken by the authority.
