Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Ms. Ambika Sood, DAG Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 06.03.2018 passed by this court. Operative part thereof reads as under:- "In view of above, petition is disposed of with direction to the competent authority to expeditiously decide the said representations (Annexures P-16 and P-17) submitted by the petitioners by passing a speaking order, preferably within a period of 60 days from receipt of certified copy of this order." Learned State counsel submits that in case representations are still pending with the concerned authority, decision thereon shall be taken expeditiously, in any case not later than two weeks. In view of statement made by State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
