***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Short reply by way of affidavit of Rohtash Birthal, HFS, the then Divisional Forest Officer, Morni, Pinjore, has been filed. Learned State counsel has referred to Para 2 thereof. Same reads as under:- "That the order dated 28.08.2015 passed by this Hon'ble Court has already been complied with by the department compensation and interest has already been paid to the petitioner vide pay order No.1600098845 dated 21.09.2015 (Annexure R-1) for amount of Rs 206000/-, pay order No 1600119297 dated 08.09.2016 (Annexure R-2) for Rs. 69000/- and pay order No 1600120893 dated 06.10.2016, (Annexure R-3) for Rs. 223751/-. Now nothing is due towards the department."

In view of the above, order has been complied with. No cause of action survives. This petition is rendered infructuous. Dismissed as such.
