(ORAL) The contempt is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 30.03.2016 vide which a direction was issued to the respondents to pass a fresh order on the legal notice dated 02.09.2015 by taking into consideration the availability of posts as per advertisement, Annexure P-11. Reply has been filed by respondent Nos.1 and 2 on 26.09.2016 placing on record the speaking order dated 28.07.2016 which has been decided in terms of the directions issued by this Court on 30.03.2016. In this view of the matter, the contempt petition is dismissed. The rule issued against the respondent(s) stands discharged. However, in case the petitioners are still aggrieved by passing of the order dated 28.07.2016, they are at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.
