Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the present petition has been rendered infructuous qua UT, Chandigarh but as the petitioner is still feeling threatened at Zirakpur as she is about to shift from Chandigarh to Zirakpur, therefore she may be permitted to withdraw with liberty to move an appropriate application for grant of security before the appropriate Authority there in accordance with law.
