**** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case, FIR No.217 dated 13.10.2018, registered under Section 306 IPC, Police Station City Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 20.02.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
