*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) As per directions issued by this Court on 13.05.2016 in CWP No.1183 of 2016 filed by the petitioner, the writ petition was allowed and respondents were directed to allot constabulary number to the petitioner along with all consequential benefits.

When the order was not complied with, the present contempt petition was filed.

In response to notice of motion, reply has been filed by the respondents, which is on record.

Learned State counsel submits that review application No.228 of 2016 was filed to review order dated 13.05.2016 passed in CWP No.1183 of 2016, which was allowed and order passed by the Single Judge has been set-aside.

Since the order passed by the Single Bench on 13.05.2016 has Neetu Rani 2017.01.31 10:50 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

COCP No.1921 of 2016 been set-aside as review filed by the respondents has been allowed, no ground is made out to interfere.
