The present petition has been filed under Section 482 read with Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. for setting aside/quashing of impugned order dated 15.12.2022 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Sangrur, whereby accused-respondent No.2 had been granted anticipatory bail in FIR No.239 dated 04.11.2022, registered under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code at Police Station City Sangrur.

Learned State counsel contended that the investigation stands completed in the present case and upon which the final report under Section 173 Cr.PC has been presented in the Court. The case is now fixed for framing of charge. There is no complaint against the accusedrespondent No.2 of having been misused the concession of bail. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that while granting the concession of regular bail, the Court has ASHOK KUMAR 2023.07.28 19:03 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Considering the aforesaid and to ward off the apprehensions as expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is clarified that the observations made by the trial Court while granting bail shall have no bearing whatsoever, on the merits of the case. The trial Court shall proceed uninfluenced therefrom.
