Dated Police Station Sections 08.06.2022 Vigilance Bureau, Mohali 420, 465, 467, 471, 120-B IPC and Sections 7, 7A, 13(1)(a) r/w 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act, 2018.
Seeking anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above, has come up before this Court. 2.
Counsel for the State submits that there is a FIR against the petitioner in Police Station Parwanoo, Himachal Pradesh and the petitioner has concealed the same while declaring that he has no criminal history.

Faced with this, the petitioner's counsel wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition.

The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
