Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 25.04.2016 passed by writ court. It was directed therein that application dated 22.01.2016 preferred by petitioner be decided by Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Gurgaon. Reply by way of affidavit of Y.S. Gupta, Joint Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Gurgaon has been filed. As per Annexure R1 annexed thereto, matter was looked into. It was found that there was no sale of water as alleged. As speaking order has been passed, order passed by writ court has been complied with.
