The present appeal is of the year 2019, which is still at the stage of preliminary hearing.

Today a request for an adjournment has been made on behalf of learned counsel for the appellant on the ground that the arguing counsel has gone out of station. Though there is no ground made out to entertain the said request, however, keeping in view the fact that the present appeal has been listed for the first time after 05.02.2020 due to the intervening circumstances created because of Covid-19 Pandemic, one last opportunity is granted to the learned counsel for the appellant to argue YOGESH SHARMA 2022.08.05 10:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.
