Ms. Palika Monga, DAG Haryana **** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) On 11.01.2019, this Court passed the following order:- "Counsel for the petitioners states that juniors to the petitioners have been allowed to take intermediate School Course for the year 2019, whereas the petitioners being senior have been denied for the said course. In para 5 of the petition, the petitioners had demonstrated the comparison between petitioners and private respondents. The case of the petitioners is squarely covered by Full Bench judgment of this Court in a case of Ram Chander and others vs. State of Haryana and others, 2015 (1) SCT 520 Notice of motion for 25.04.2019.
To be heard along with CWP No. 40651-2018.
In the meantime, the petitioners shall be deputed to the intermediate school course, subject to the final decision of the writ petition.
However, the service upon private respondents i.e 7 to 15 be Gaurav Arora 2019.03.05 15:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

Learned State counsel has filed a short reply on behalf of respondent No. 3 and the same is taken on record. As per reply, the seniority in the rank of Head Constables is maintained at Range Levels, as per order of merit in the Lower School Course in list C-1. Further the private respondents are senior to the petitioners for deputing them to the Intermediate School Course. The particulars of private respondents including the petitioners are given in para No. 5 of the reply. No junior Head Constable to the petitioners have been sent for intermediate school course 2019 from Karnal Range, Karnal. The petitioners have passed Lower School Court in batch No.54 whereas the last deputed Head Constable for intermediate school course 2019 is HC Parveen Kumar and he is from Batch No. 52 and he is senior in Karnal Range as per order of merit in lower school Course Batch No. 52 to each of the petitioner from general category as well as backward category. The details of petitioners as well as HC Parveen Kumar is given in para no. 5 of the reply.
In view of the reply filed by the State, no ground is made out for issuance of direction to the respondents to consider the name of the petitioners for Intermediate School Course 2019.
Dismissed.
