**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel seeks to place on record short reply by way of affidavit of Ran Singh Poonia, General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Jind. He submits that the order passed by the writ court has been complied with. A speaking order dated 08.05.2016, Annexure R-1, has been passed. Para 3 of the affidavit reads as under:- "3. That in compliance of order dated 06.04.2016, the services of the husband of the petitioner has been regularized with effect from 19.05.2004 and Monthly Financial Assistance has also been granted to the petitioner vide order No.8106/EA/RK dated 08.05.2016 (Annexure R-1). It is submitted that now the order dated 06.04.2016 of the Hon'ble High Court has been complied with in complete manner." In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same has been rendered infructuous.

Dismissed as such.
