*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) The petitioner earlier filed COCP No.982 of 2015, which was dismissed as withdrawn on 28.04.2015 to first make a demand notice upon the respondents.

In pursuance of said order, the petitioner sent legal notice dated 06.06.2015 and order dated 27.02.2017 has been passed, whereby, the claim of the petitioner has been rejected not only on the ground of delay but on other grounds also.

Now the present contempt petition has been filed against order dated 19.10.1995 passed by this Court in CWP No.184 of 1995. No contempt is made out.

Dismissed.
