Learned State counsel has sought instructions from him and submits that order passed by the writ court has been complied with. He also seeks to place on record affidavit of the officer by way of C.M.No.5980 CII of 2017. Application is allowed. Affidavit is taken on record. In view of stand taken before this court by the State, no cause of action survives in this petition and same is hereby dismissed. Rule is discharged.
