(Oral) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for compounding of offences in FIR No.0052 dated 21.01.2022 registered under Sections 420, 406, 506 IPC at Police Station Naraingarh, District Ambala (Annexure P-1) along with all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise.

Learned counsel for the petitioners at the very outset submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to approach this Court in case any fresh settlement is arrived at between the parties. Allowed as prayed for with the aforesaid liberty.
