H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) This is an application for transfer of proceedings for setting aside the ex parte decree under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, titled as Gurdit Singh @ Gurdit Puri vs. Rani', presently pending in the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Sangrur, to a Court of competent jurisdiction at SAS Nagar, Mohali. On the face of it, this application lacks merit, since only the Court which has passed the ex parte decree, has got jurisdiction to set it aside. Therefore, the application is not maintainable and is dismissed accordingly.
