Petitioner alleges that the Department of Housing and Urban Development,Punjab has not yet framed a policy in terms of the directions issued by this Court.

At the time of hearing learned Addl.AG Punjab on directions from Gurpreet Singh,Technical Building Inspector states that in compliance of the directions a policy dated 26.5.2017 already stands notified. A copy of the same has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above,present petition is dismissed as not pressed.
