DEEPAK GUPTA , J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is made for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0054, dated 06.07.2022, registered at Police Station Banur, District Patiala, under Section 379 of IPC (Section 411/34 of IPC added later on).

As stated by learned State counsel, pursuant to the order dated 10.01.2023, petitioner has since joined the investigation. As such, order dated 10.01.2023 is hereby made absolute. However, the petitioner shall continue to join investigation, if and so required by the Investigating Officer.
