Counsel for the respondents submit that Competent Authority in CWP-943 of 2025 and CWP-112 of 2025 has rejected claim of the petitioners qua 'Old Pension Scheme'. The claim has been rejected in the light of judgment dated 20.05.2022 passed by Supreme Court in 'State of Bihar v. Rajmati Devi', 2022 SCC OnLine SC 669. The legal notice in case of other petitioners would also be decided by way of passing speaking order within 10 days from today.  /

Faced with this, the petitioners seek liberty to assail rejection order.  ,

In the wake of statement of learned counsel for the respondents, the petitions stand disposed of with liberty to petitioners to assail orders passed by respondents whereby their claim qua 'Old Pension Scheme' has been rejected.
