Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 12.12.2016. On the last date of hearing, a copy of the petition was handed-over to State counsel to enable him to assist the court. He today submits that matter has been investigated and a cancellation report has been submitted before the competent court.

In view of above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is hereby dismissed.
