       Learned counsel for the petitioner informed that in view of the subsequent events and orders passed by the respondent-authorities, the petitioner has filed a fresh petition yesterday taking up all the issues involved in the present petition in the said petition. In view of the aforesaid, we do not find any reason to entertain the present petition which is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to take up all the issues in the fresh petition.
