(Oral) The present contempt petition has been filed for noncompliance of the order dated 5.10.2010, vide which direction was issued to count the service rendered by the petitioner on daily wage basis towards the qualifying service for pensionary/retiral benefits. Reply on behalf of the respondents has been filed. As per reply, due approval of sum of ` 1,16,688/- was released in favour of the petitioner in compliance of the order of this Court.

In view of the above, present contempt petition is dismissed accordingly.

However, in case, the petitioner is still aggrieved, he is at liberty to file a representation, which shall be decided in accordance with law.
