(Oral) The court has been apprised of the fact that matter came up before the LPA Bench on 18.10.2016 in which following order has been passed:- "Counsel for respondents No.1 and 2 Hoshiar Singh and Kuldeep Singh respectively states at the bar that specific affidavits of each and every member of their family in support of claim of the above named respondents shall be filed and wherever any other family member has filed a court case to claim employment, such other writ petition shall be withdrawn. On doing so, it is directed that claim of the respondents be considered for appointment within one month.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. Rule is discharged.

Dismissed.
