( ORAL) The two petitioners, namely, Rajinder Kumar and Rameshwar, have filed the present writ petition seeking quashing of order dated 26.04.2017 (Annexure P-22) passed by respondent No. 5 - Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Pehowa, District Kurukshetra (for short "BDPO"), demanding ` 57,47,000/- alongwith interest from the present petitioners as well as others for total land measuring 8 Kanal 10 Marlas, by calculating the amount in square yards instead of per acre as assessed earlier by a Division Bench of this Court in CWP No. 14903 of 2012, decided on 10.05.2013 (Annexure P-15), towards regularizing their unauthorized possession and sale of such portion of Panchayat land. 2.

It is conceded by the counsel for the petitioners that similar issue, whereby challenge was laid to the aforesaid order dated 26.04.2017 (P-22) which in turn is based upon judgment dated 10.05.2013 (P-15), came up for consideration before this Court in CWP No. 16405 of 2017. Since, the issue involved in the present case is squarely covered by the judgment passed by this Court, the present petition is disposed of accordingly, in terms of judgment passed in the aforesaid writ petition bearing CWP No. 16405 of 2017, decided on 06.01.2021.
