COCP No. 1984 of 2018 Learned counsel for the respondents submits that order dated 09.10.2017 passed in CWP No. 23107 of 2017 has been complied with and a speaking order dated 03.04.2019 was passed and payment due to the petitioner has also been released on 06.08.2019. However, the interest rate was calculated 8% instead of 12 % as allowed. COCP-1984-2018 and pay the same to the petitioner within four weeks. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have passed a speaking order which he will challenge in appropriate proceedings and seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail other legal remedies available to the petitioner. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Rule discharged.
