The respondents are stated to have dismantled the disputed wall of the petitioner leading to lodging of FIR No.47 of 2012 at PS Jagadhari on account of the said incident. Subsequently, a compromise was effected on 22.1.2017 and respondents were acquitted in the trial in the light of said compromise which required respondents to reconstruct the dismantled wall. It is not disputed that the wall was reconstructed. However, the present contempt has been filed with the allegations that on 12.6.2017 the respondents again dismantled the wall.

At the time of hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, realizing that no contempt is made out, prays for withdrawal of the instant contempt to enable his client to seek his remedy in accordance with law.
