Pursuant to order dated August 23, 2016, respondent no. 1 is present in court. Mr. Nalwa has sought instructions from him. He submits that order has been complied with. All arrears have been released. PPO order has been issued. The pension is likely to be released within a period of three weeks.

In view of above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Rule is discharged. Petition is dismissed.
