Mr. Berry, learned counsel for respondent no. 5 submits that land in question was purchased by Corporation from Municipal Council, Zirakpur for setting up a power grid. According to him, the sale-deed has been challenged by petitioner in CWP No. 21809 of 2015. A decision has been taken by Corporation that construction/structure, if any, shall be raised on the said land only after decision of the writ petition.
