In light of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present appeal is allowed and impugned order dated 05.12.2023 passed by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar is set aside and order of interim bail dated 10.01.2024 passed by this Court is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
