Mr. Jagbir Malik, Advocate, for the petitioner. Mr. Aditya Jain, Advocate, for the respondents. Ms. Tanisha Peshawaria, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana. RAJESH BINDAL, J Respondent No.3 was directed to appear in person in Court. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that he is on election duty in the State of Jharkhand, hence, unable to appear. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. The service of the petitioner has been regularized.
The aforesaid fact is not disputed by counsel for the petitioner. Mr. Arvind Malhan, Joint Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Rohtak, who is present in person in Court stated that in the coming monsoon season, he will plant 2,000 trees within the area of Municipal Corporation, Rohtak, especially the areas, where during Jat agitation, the trees were up-rooted or cut. He will also ensure maintenance of trees till such time, these are stable.
