*** Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he wants to move a detailed representation to the respondents and necessary directions be issued to respondent No. 1 to consider the same and then take decision in the matter. As far as the present writ petition is concerned he states that he be permitted to withdraw the same.
Accordingly, while accepting the request of the counsel for the petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition it is observed that on petitioner submitting a detailed representation to the respondents within a period of 15 days, the same be considered and disposed of within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order and if some action in the matter is warranted then the needful be done in accordance with law. A speaking order in that regard be passed, which be conveyed to the petitioner. The petition stands disposed of.
