ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The only prayer made in this petition is that the jail authorities are not provided the basic living amenities like food, water, clothing, etc. to the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner has argued that the petitioner during the winter season, was not provided a blanket. This fact is disputed by counsel for the State on the ground that from time to time, the jail inspection are conducted by various authorities.

Counsel for the State has argued that one more blanket will be provided to the petitioner today itself.

In view of the above, no further action is called for. Disposed of, accordingly.
