(Oral) Petitioner-Association preferred this petition alleging violation of order dated 17.07.2015, Annexure P-1, passed by the writ court. Admittedly, during the pendency of this petition, State of Haryana has completed the process for recruitment of ADAs, DDAs and DAs.

Stand of the State of Punjab and Union Territory is that orders passed by this court, shall be complied with in letter and spirit. Ms. Mayuri Lakhanpal, Advocate, for respondent No.5-High Court submits that the matter squarely falls within the domain of the State. Respondent No.5 is not a contesting respondent. In view of above, the petition is hereby disposed of. In case, any fresh cause of action survives, petitioner shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy.
