Pursuant to order dated June 01, 2017, Deputy Commissioner, Fatehabad is present in court. He submits that though the encroachments have already been removed, he shall personally visit the site within two week's from today and make another videography of the place. He shall also ensure that the orders passed by writ court as well as contempt court in COCP No. 982 of 2005 are complied with in letter and spirit. It shall be ensured that Sub Divisional Magistrate (Civil) of the area visits the place at least once in a month to ascertain that there is no violation of the orders passed by this court. It is further assured that in case any representation is moved by the petitioner, same shall be carefully examined. In view of above, this petition is disposed of.
