Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 27.05.2016 passed by this court.

Learned State counsel submits that order passed in RFA No. 5316 of 2014 titled as Pushpender Kumar & ors. Vs. State of Haryana & anr. was challenged before the Apex court (SLP(C) Nos. 8094-8126/2017) wherein amount of compensation has been reduced. The State shall comply with the directions within four months.

In view of statement made by him, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
