***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner alleges violation of order dated July 14, 2016, which was passed on the basis of an undertaking given by the respondents. Possession of the demises premises was to be handed over to the petitioner on October 27, 2016. As the petitioner had to abide by the undertaking given by the respondents. Consequently, possession was delivered to him on October 27, 2016. Only issue which remains is regarding compliance with undertaking in Para 2 and 6 of the same, incorporated in order dated July 14, 2016.

Learned counsel representing the respondents has sought instructions from respondent No.1-Arunjit Singh, who is present in court and submits that 04 weeks' time be granted to comply with undertaking furnished before this court.
