Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) On the last date of hearing, this court had handed over a copy of the petition to learned State counsel to enable him to seek instructions. He has already filed a detailed reply. According to him, claim of the petitioner has been duly considered and rejected. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail alterate remedy, if any. Dismissed as withdrawan with aforesaid liberty to impugn the order.
