(Oral) In compliance of order passed by this Court on 30.09.2014 in CWP No.25361 of 2013, the case of the petitioner has been considered and a speaking order has been passed on 09.09.2015 annexed as Annexure R-1 with the reply whereby, the petitioner has not been found to be entitled for regularization.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner has wrongly been rejected whereas other similarly situated persons have been regularized.
Since the direction was there to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization and the same has been considered, nothing remains in the present contempt petition.
Disposed of accordingly.
