Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from expressing any opinion on merits of the case as regards averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, District Ludhiana to ensure that the matter pertaining to FIR No.378 dated 19.11.2019 under Section 379 IPC, Police Station Division No.8, Ludhiana is got investigated expeditiously in accordance with law so that a final report be filed thereafter at the earliest.
