Counsel for the petitioner states that a settlement, Annexure A-1, has been arrived at between the petitioner and the private respondents on 04.07.2022, and petitioner is not interested in pursuing the instant petition. Counsel submits that by order dated 20.03.2025, petitioner was permitted to withdraw the writ petition, but on an application (CM-233-CWP-2024) filed by the intervener, order was recalled and the writ petition was restored. He again states that he does not want to pursue the writ petition. 3.
