(ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing respondents No. 2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No. 4 to 8.

I have the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner has already approached the Human Rights Commission by way of complaint under Section 12 of the Protection of Human Rights Act, 1993 and vide order dated 14.10.2020, passed by the learned Member of the Commission, it has been categorically held that according to the allegations made in the complaint, the dispute is with regard to the ownership of the petrol pump, which can be decided by the Civil Court.

Keeping in view the above, no case for grant of protection is made out.
