Land measuring 7-4 situated at Village Panda,District Rohtak was acquired vide notifications dated 4.1.2002 and 31.12.2002 under Sections 4 and 6 of the Land Acquisition Act(for short the Act). She, like other land owners did not file any reference under Section 18 of the Act. Award dated 24.12.2010 in the case of other landowners was passed by learned Additional Judge,Rohtak. Putting her claim for enhanced compensation petitioner filed petitioner under Section 28-A(3) of the Act before the respondent. Having failed to elicit any response, she ultimately filed CWP 3143/2015 which was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 23.2.2015 (P-3) with a direction to consider her application under Section 28-A(3)of the Act. Alleging non-compliance of the said order instant contempt was filed.

Upon notice, respondent has filed written statement. At the time of hearing learned counsel for the petitioner states Rajinder Parshad Joshi 2018.02.17 12:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

COCP 2117/2015 that the instant contempt has been rendered infructuous as her application under Section 28-A(3) of the Act stands disposed of. Dismissed as infructuous.
