It is claimed that State of Haryana has constructed a road through the land of the petitioners concededly in the year 1986 without acquiring it. The petitioner, after 28 years filed CWP 18843/2014 before this Court seeking a direction for either acquisition or award of compensation. The same was disposed of vide order dated 11.9.2014 to decide the legal notice within three months. It is claimed that no speaking order has been passed.

The present contempt is barred by limitation in view of Section 20 of the Limitation Act.

At this stage,counsel for the petitioners prays for permission to withdraw the petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
