(Oral) The present application has been filed for seeking transfer of the summary suit bearing CS-205-2023, titled "M/s Mahabir Parsad Lakmi Chand v/s M/s SSG Foods and others", pending in the court of Additional Civil Judge, Ganaur, Haryana.

In the present application, the allegations were levelled against the Presiding Officer, who has since been transferred. In the light of the same, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the present application, which may be dismissed, as having become infructuous, since the Presiding Officer has been transferred. However, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he shall pursue the appropriate remedy qua allegations against the Officer. Ordered accordingly.
