In view of the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the main revision petition is taken on Board today itself. CR-61-2023 (O&M) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the fact that the prayer is for simpliciter withdrawal of present revision petition and that there is no stay operating and hence, there would be no requirement of issuing notice to the respondent, present revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
