*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner herein, inter alia, seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the impugned orders dated 06.02.2020 and 15.06.2021 (Annexures P-6 and P-11) vide which his services were terminated. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits services of petitioner were engaged through outsourced on contract basis. He was deputed in the office of Deputy Director, Agriculture and Farmer Welfare, Bhiwani under ATMA Scheme 2018. His services were extended from time to time. On 07.01.2020, one Kuldeep Singh filed a complaint qua the appointment of the petitioner. Pursuant thereto, department constituted a committee of three members to enquire into the matter. After enquiry, committee submitted a report dated 14.01.2020 wherein it was found that in 10th and 12th examination certificates of petitioner, his mother's name are different, leading to an order dated 06.02.2020 terminating the services of the petitioner. However, subsequently, C.M.
Window recommended the petitioner to be re-instated in service along with back wages for the intervening period. Notwithstanding, vide order dated 15.06.2021 (Annexure P-11), respondent No.2 declining to reinstate the petitioner in service. Petitioner also submitted a representation dated 29.11.2021 (Annexure P-12) but to no avail. Hence, the instant petition. MAHAVIR SINGH 2022.03.

Learned State counsel appears and submits that competent authority shall take decision either way, on the pending representation dated 29.11.2021 (Annexure P-12) of the petitioner, in due course. 4.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that let a final decision be taken, either way, by the competent authority on the pending representation dated 29.11.2021 (Annexure P-12), giving reasons thereof. 5.
Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to look into the grievance of the petitioner as per representation dated 29.11.2021 (Annexure P12) and also by keeping in view the contentions raised in the present petition by treating the same as supplementary representation and take a decision, in accordance with law.
