Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the divorce has been granted to petitioner No. 1 and respondent No. 4 and hence, the threat perception does not survive.

In light of the above, he prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case. 4.

It is made clear that filing or pendency of this petition or any order/direction passed in this petition shall not be an alibi or defence to the petitioners, in case, they are found involved in any illegal activity and the respondent-Authorities shall take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
